YUAN YI was founded in 2024 by a designer with a simple belief: that original design shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the few.
The name YUAN YI draws from Chinese characters — 苑 (Yuàn), a garden where art blooms, and 艺 (Yì), the mastery of craft. Together, they represent our promise: a space where creativity meets precision, where every piece is both a work of art and a testament to skilled hands.
What started as sketches on a desk in a small apartment has grown into a brand trusted by thousands. But our philosophy remains unchanged: every piece must earn its place — through original design, honest materials, and the quiet confidence of something made with care.
